    No Time For Blogging

    When you are living the life of a grandmother making the best of what limited time she has, you do not have much time for blogging.  Plus, we are using dial up here in the woods on the peninsula.
     
    WOW...she is beautiful, she is so darn cute.  We wake up each morning anxious to hear her little squeel and we run upstairs so we can get our first glimpse of the day.  We spend as much time as possible with her.  We do not take much time away.  We took one afternoon and couldn't wait to get back to see her.
    Some things I have discovered in my first week as a grandmother:
     
    1. Babies don't care if you have makeup on or have your hair blowndry.
    2. Babies wear you out by the end of the day.
    3. Babiour es make you laugh
    4. Babies make you cry with joy
    5. Babies are the center of your life
    6. Babies are the best reward for having had children
    7. Babies find joy in the simple things -- like wind on their face, a pine cone in their hand
    8. The touch of a baby's skin is like silk
    9. A baby's hand on your face is like velvet
    10. A baby's smiling at you is a taste of heaven

    I wish we had a picture, but will post later when JoJo Sean arrives with our necessary cords.  We have a lot of them.
